Shipping & returns

Where we ship

We mail cassettes to addresses in the US. The online mixtape is free and works anywhere in the world.

Cost and timing

• Each tape is $19, plus $5 shipping by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.
• We make and mail your tape within 2 business days of your order.
• USPS usually delivers in 3–7 business days.

Returns and refunds

Every tape is made to order for one person, so we can't take returns once it's made. We'll still make it right:

• Changed your mind? Email us before we've made your tape and we'll refund you in full.
• Lost, damaged or never arrived? Email us and we'll send a new tape or refund you, your choice.
• Tag or QR code not working? Email us and we'll send a replacement tape.
• Want to change a song? No return needed. Edit from your private link and the tape plays the new version.

Write to hello@mixtapesbymail.com with your order email. We usually reply within 2 business days.
